The City of Clinton Engineering Department would like to notify residents and motorists of a temporary traffic control change associated with the 13th Avenue North Trail Project.
On Thursday, August 27, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., 13th Avenue North between Springdale Drive and 9th Street NW will be restricted to westbound traffic only.
Motorists traveling eastbound will be directed to use the following detour route:
Detour Route:
Springdale Drive
14th Avenue NW
9th Street NW
Back to 13th Avenue North
This temporary traffic control is necessary to allow crews to safely do work associated with the 13th Avenue North Trail Project.
The City of Clinton appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation during this work and encourages motorists to use caution when traveling near the construction area and to follow all posted traffic control signs.
