In November, Blaess says you can expect 2.12 inches of precipitation including 1.6 inches of snow.

The Clinton weather observer noted that last year was just over three inches of snow on November 11th and that was on top of snow in late October.  He says in 2019 there was also a record low on November the 12th when it was two below zero – the first subzero reading in November in 42 years.  The old record for the date had been 1921 with 9 degrees.

Blaess says the average high on November First is 57 and average low is 38 and those drop to averages of 40 and 24 by the end of the month.
