Victory Center Ministries Inc. Launches Victory Center 2.0

Clinton, IA – May 19th – May 26th 2025

Victory Center Ministries Inc. (VCM), a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to serving the community, is proud to announce significant updates to its bylaws and the launch of an expanded 9-month recovery program, marking the introduction of Victory Center 2.0. These changes reflect VCM’s ongoing commitment to empowering individuals through comprehensive support while maintaining its mission of compassion and service.

The enhanced 9-month recovery program now includes a robust career development curriculum, case management and counseling services, and essential life skills coaching and training. These additions are designed to equip participants with the tools they need to achieve long-term stability and success. At the same time, VCM remains steadfast in its efforts to address food insecurity, continuing to provide daily lunch and dinner to those in need and distributing thousands of pounds of nutritious food monthly through its Saturday food pantry, in partnership with Jewel-Osco, Hy-Vee, and Walmart.

A cornerstone of Victory Center 2.0 is the removal of mandates requiring participation in religious activities. While VCM operates as a faith-based organization, all services funded by government grants will be delivered on a non-religious basis, with participation in religious activities now entirely voluntary. This shift ensures greater inclusivity and accessibility for all individuals seeking support, aligning with VCM’s values of respect and dignity for every person.

“We are thrilled to introduce Victory Center 2.0 and these transformative updates to our recovery program,” said Pastor Ray Gimenez, Founder of Victory Center Ministries Inc. “Our goal is to meet people where they are, offering practical resources and support to help them rebuild their lives, while continuing to serve our community with compassion and care.”
