ADM Co-Gen 1251 Beaver Channel Parkway

At approximately 14:24 hours on Sunday, June 22, 2025, the Clinton Fire Department was dispatched to 1251 Beaver Channel Parkway in response to a reported structure fire within a turbine at the ADM Co-Generation Plant.

Upon arrival, fire crews were informed by ADM staff that the fire originated in the same area as a previous incident the day before. The fire involved insulation burning on the piping of the #1 turbine.

Firefighters advanced hose lines to the second floor of the facility, where they successfully extinguished the fire. Crews then removed most of the affected insulation and cooled the turbine piping to prevent re-ignition. The operation lasted approximately three hours.

There were no injuries reported. The Camanche Fire Department responded and ADM personnel provided on-site assistance throughout the incident.

The Clinton Fire Department commends the swift and coordinated efforts of all responding teams and ADM staff in ensuring the safety of personnel and minimizing damage to the facility.
