Weekly recycling for the Holidays will begin on Monday December 1st, 2025, and end on January 9th, 2026.
The City of Clinton would like to remind residents of Calendar Parking regulations for the winter season.
Calendar parking goes into effect when 1 or more inches of snow has occurred.
Calendar parking remains in effect for 72 hours after the snow has stopped.
Calendar parking hours are: from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
Vehicles will have three hours to be moved to the correct side of the roadway. The day of the week at 6:00 a.m. shall determine whether the day is odd or even.
During a Snow Emergency, calendar parking shall be in effect except on designated snow routes, where no parking will be permitted until the Snow Emergency has been cancelled.
Calendar parking does not apply to commercial districts where parking is designated on both sides of the street.
