Bluff Boulevard, from College Avenue to South 14th Street, will be closed to thru traffic for two weeks beginning December 10 through December 24, 2025. The closure is necessary to allow Miller Trucking to complete essential construction work on behalf of Iowa American Water.
During this period, construction crews will ensure that all homeowners have access to their properties from either the east or west end of Bluff Boulevard.
