The City of Clinton announces that Alliant Energy will begin utility work on Monday, March 9, as part of the first phase of the City’s 13th Avenue North project.
Crews will start at Springdale Drive and continue working east toward 4th Street. This work represents an early phase of the project and is necessary to prepare the area for future improvements.
At this time, no road or lane closures are expected, and traffic will remain open in all directions. Impacts to drivers and residents should be minimal.
The City appreciates the public’s patience as this work progresses and encourages motorists to use caution when traveling near utility crews.
