The Bluff Blvd. reconstruction project is scheduled to begin in May, 2026, and will be completed in November, 2028. Bluff Blvd. will be closed to through traffic, and open to local traffic only from College Avenue to South 14th Street during construction in 2026.
As an area property owner/resident, we invite you to attend an open house to discuss the project schedule and how it will impact your lives. This open house will bring together impacted homeowners, city representatives and our engineering consultants.

from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers,
located on the second floor of City Hall, 611 South 3rd Street
