The City of Clinton would like to inform the public that construction of the 13th Avenue N Trail project is scheduled to begin on Monday, April 13, 2026.
As part of this work, the eastbound lane of 13th Avenue N will be closed from 13th Avenue NW to Springdale Drive. During the closure, traffic will be maintained and diverted using the center turn lane to allow vehicles to pass through the construction area.
The lane closure is expected to remain in effect for approximately three weeks. At the end of that time, the project will be reassessed, and additional communication will be provided regarding any changes or extensions.
Motorists are encouraged to use caution, watch for posted signage, and allow extra travel time while construction is underway. The city appreciates the public’s patience and cooperation during this improvement project.
