The intersection of South 19th Street & Manufacturing Drive will be closed for construction on Tuesday, May 27th
This road closure is due to the construction of a roundabout at South 19th Street & Manufacturing Drive. This phase of the project is expected to take up to 4 months to be constructed, with a completion date of September 30, 2026.
Road Closures & Detours:
To ensure public safety and facilitate construction, Manufacturing Drive will be closed to all traffic through the intersection of South 19th Street & Manufacturing Drive.
Access to Local Businesses:
During this construction, access to businesses in the area will be detoured from two separate directions.
Mill Creek Parkway to Harts Mill Road to Manufacturing Drive
South 14th Street to 13th Avenue South to Manufacturing Drive
Signs will be installed detouring traffic to the following local business during construction.

Future Phases:
We are working through the schedule for the upcoming Bluff Boulevard Project. Currently, Bluff Blvd is scheduled to be closed for construction from South Street to College Avenue beginning June 8th, 2026.
This closure will coincide with the opening of 2nd Avenue South, which will be used as a detour route for the Bluff Blvd & Manufacturing Drive projects during construction.
