Iowa Supreme Court overturns ruling that negated sharing agreement between Northeast and East Central Schools

After merger of Preston and East Central the sharing agreement was a court case and now the ruling has been overturned which negated that ruling-read the opinion here:Link:A school district appeals a summary judgment ruling finding as a matter of law awhole grade sharing agreement entered into by apredecessor school district that merged into the reorganized schooldistrict did not bind the reorganized school.
